Counseling- A clinical mental health service provided to an individual or a group, informed by the American Counseling Association's Code of Ethics. To learn more about my counseling services, visit my Psychology Today profile.
Training- A prepared presentation lasting 1-2 hours on average, including 15-30 minutes for a question and answer period.
Consulting- After and initial 30-60 minute needs assessment, I will meet with your team to deliver a customized training, including a collaborative problem-solving session. Consulting can be tailored to include a full day custom consulting workshop.
Coaching- An ongoing consultation relationship (includes everything in the standard consulting package), with continuous assessment and feedback. 3 session minimum.
